Therapeutic Massage Treatment

Prenatal massage is a gentle, therapeutic treatment designed specifically for expectant mothers. It helps reduce muscle tension, relieve lower back and hip discomfort, and promote overall relaxation during pregnancy.

This treatment is performed with safe positioning (side-lying or semi-reclined). Prenatal massage can also help decrease swelling, improve sleep, and reduce stress and anxiety.

Prenatal Massage

A therapeutic technique using suction cups to release tension in muscles and fascia. Helps reduce tightness, improve mobility, and support pain management. Please note this treatment may leave temporary circular marks or mild bruising.

Myofascial Cupping

This treatment combines traditional massage with the therapeutic use of heated basalt stones to warm tissues, improve mobility, and reduce muscle tension. The gentle heat allows deeper work with less pressure and greater comfort, making it especially beneficial for chronic tightness, and stress-related tension.
